Change Process Lead
After completing a three‑round interview process for a Change Lead position with ExxonMobil through Collabera, I was surprised to receive no follow‑up, feedback, or closure. My final interview was on April 25, and despite multiple attempts to request an update, the communication simply stopped. As a senior professional with 15+ years in ITSM, ITIL certifications, and experience leading complex change and service management initiatives, I take interview commitments seriously. I also expect the same level of professionalism in return. I am sharing this experience so other candidates can make informed decisions when engaging with third‑party recruiting agencies. Transparency and respectful communication should be standard in our industry, especially after candidates invest significant time and preparation.
